About Us
The iConsumatori Federation, a member of the National Council of Consumers and Users (CNCU), was born from the desire to create a solid and authoritative network to defend Italian consumers. Our primary goal is to ensure the protection of citizens' rights and offer them concrete tools to address market challenges, combating unfair practices and promoting informed consumption.
iConsumatori is a federation of leading consumer associations: A.E.C.I. APS and Konsumer Italia APS. This strategic alliance allows them to pool resources, experience, and expertise to offer more effective and impactful support to citizens.
Thanks to this synergy, we are present throughout the country with over 200 offices distributed across all 20 Italian regions .
